Field trial: The efficacy of DB-Chitosan on the post-harvest storage of red currants

In a commercial orchard, red currants were treated 6 times with 5 litres of DB-Chitosan/ha. After 6 resp. 9 months under low-temperature storage the healthiness of the berries was evaluated. Treatment of the red currant plants gave a reduction of the infected berries during storage.
